Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via Email and SMS. You can track your order status on the 'Track Order' page or directly on the courier partner’s website.
Please do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged. If you accept a damaged package, please record a video while opening it (Unboxing Video) to support any claims for damages.
