1. Shipping Service Providers

We partner with reliable logistics providers including Shiprocket, BlueDart, Delhivery, and local courier services to ensure your chocolates arrive safely. Coverage includes 25,000+ pincodes across India.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Metro Cities: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
• Rest of India: Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days.
• Heat-Insulated Packaging: All orders are packed with thermal insulation and ice gel packs to maintain product integrity during transit.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of ₹100 for orders below ₹2500.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹2500.
• Prices are inclusive of GST as applicable.

4. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via Email and SMS. You can track your order status on the 'Track Order' page or directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Damaged or Tampered Delivery

Please do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged. If you accept a damaged package, please record a video while opening it (Unboxing Video) to support any claims for damages.

6. Force Majeure

Choco Blossom shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by acts of God, strikes, bandhs, riots, weather conditions, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
